Speed and Conditioning Workouts This program is designed to condition athletes competitive sports. This program will build quickness, strength, increase agility and speed. It also concentrates on building endurance and stamina. We emphasize proper mechanics to reduce risk of injury and maximize your quickness. This program is designed for both Boy and Girl athletes. All athletes will get their form and mechanics analyzed for Free as part of the training program. Our facility is 7000 square feet of heated indoor training grounds. This is a year round program
We are now offering unlimited session memberships 3 Month membership - $250 6 Month membership - $425 12 Month membership - $750 ***Monthly payment plans available
Team workouts $199pp for 10 - 1 Hour sessions (Minimum of 10 athletes) Sport specific training for Football, Soccer, Lacrosse, Basketball, Baseball and softball players
Individual sessions - $55 per one hour session 6 sessions for $300
Small group lessons (3:1 Ratio) $30 per athlete for an hour session
