Youth Cross Country team
"Own the Moment"
Team Sports Center is looking for Boys and Girls ages 7 to 18 to join our Cross Country team.
Practices will be held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with meets being held on weekends.
Cross Country Starts August 2nd and races start in September.
The following is the age division breakdowns and race distances:

Sub Midget 1999
Midget 1998

*Sub Intermediate 1995
*Intermediate 1994
*Sub Young Men/Women 1993
*Young Men/Women 1992
* These divisions will join us after their school season ends.
Memberships are available
Individualized instruction on field events available.

Team Sports Center welecomes runners of all ability.
Runners will compete in races as individuals and as a team.
Many of our runners play soccer, and other sports during the Cross Country season. Training with us will enhance your conditioning for other sports. Our runners showed an increase in their endurance throughout the season.
