August 1st – August 19th Monday’s, Tuesday’s, Thursday’s, Friday’s Athletes grouped by age and ability 6pm to 8pm

The Goal We want our athletes Bigger, Stronger and Faster. The ultimate goal is lower body fat, more flexibility and power and unmatchable endurance and speed while reducing the risk for injury.
