Castaways 2008 Weekend

Dear Survivor and Reality TV fans,
This year we have put together a great weekend for you with your favorite contestants from the Television show Survivor and other Reality shows. The event will run from Thursday night to Sunday night.
Fans will have the option of purchasing an all inclusive VIP Immunity pass that will get you into each of the events throughout the weekend. A description of each event is listed in this document. This year’s charity will be announced shortly.
For this year’s event, all attendees will receive an event tee shirt,
commemorative photo of all castaways and a special auction ticket. We
will pull the wining numbers during the dodgeball event. In the order your number appears you will be allowed to select the item of your choice. If we have more items than attendees then we will sell additional tickets at $10 each. Those additional numbers will be pulled after all attendees have taken their initial item.
Some events include food, some include drinks and some include both. The hotel we are using this year is a secret and all attendees will find out the hotel location 48 hours prior to the event.

All hotel reservations must go through me so contact me with your arrival/departure dates. You will have the option of purchasing an all inclusive Immunity Pass or you can purchase passes to events ala Carte. To save money and get the best value the Immunity pass is the way to go.

Castaways Dodgeball 2008
November 6-9, Lake Grove, NY
Tickets and sponsorships are now available for the hottest Reality television event of
the year. This years’ event will donate its proceeds to the Carol M. Baldwin Breast
Cancer foundation. Together we can “Find a Cure”. This year we will be honoring
Jenn Lyon of Survivor Palau who continues the fight of her life. Let’s raise as much
money as possible in her honor. I am asking all of the Reality Stars to help spread
the word to their fan based and help build this event.
This 4 day event will begin with a VIP viewing of Survivor Gabon with former
contestants of the show.
Friday will be a meet and greet banquet with musical entertainment from some of
your favorite reality stars performing. We will conclude Friday night with the 1
st
ever Castaways draft for the main event on Saturday.
Saturday is the Main event. A special Celebrity dodgeball tournament where you,
the fan, can have the opportunity to compete against your favorite Reality stars in a
Celebrity Dodgeball tournament. Twelve individuals will have the opportunity to
draft and captain the teams that participate in a double elimination tournament.
These twelve individuals will have special celebrity VIP access to the Reality stars
throughout the weekend. Finally, the castaways only will participate in a last person
standing match to determine who wears the title of “Sole Survivor”. Saturday night
gets capped off with dinner, auction and a VIP after party.
If you haven’t had enough yet you are welcomed to join us for the biggest Reality TV
Tailgate party at Giants Stadium for the NY Jets vs. St. Louis Rams game.
Fans and Reality Stars will be staying at the same hotel throughout the weekend and
you will have plenty of time to party with your favorite reality stars. The hotel is
being kept a secret and you won’t know the location until a few days prior to the
event. We have designed this event to give our big ticket holders the celebrity
treatment throughout the weekend. You will be included like you are a celebrity
yourself.

The cost for transporting the castaways from all over the country is enormous. Your
donation will include Lunch with your sponsored Castaway, a special VIP gift from
your castaway and a personalized autograph photo of the two of you together.
